As first-time homebuyers, we took a long time to figure out what we were looking for (and not looking for) and Paul was professional and patient throughout the process. It was complicated by our unusual situation as expatriates shopping for a home for our eventual return to the US. And I have never used "excellent" so much in a review. Paul Frischer was with me 100% of the time in my search for a condo. And we found the perfect one! He knew my "requirements" and this condo has all of them! I never felt pressured or that I was asking too much of him. The main challenge that we initially feared was that both my sister and I were not local; the preparation, marketing and sale of the apartment would need to be managed by someone who was both willing and capable of handling everything.
